Doing maintenance on air conditioning unit
Performed ptu system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 69.00
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that it was time for the start relay, the I’ve bulb, and the stage 4 cell to be replaced.
I arrived for a maintenance tune up. I made sure everything was working properly and set to a certain standard. Customer has older units looks to be in perfect shape. Customer paid with credit card.
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit. Checked and washed outdoor unit.
Arrived to no cool with system off. Turned system to cool on tstat and system was blowing warm air. Compressor wasn’t coming on. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Found bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and compressor came back on. System now cooling upon departure.
Was unable to check indoor unit. Customer stated system has been working fine since last week. Outdoor pressures are fan. Motor controller and compressor amps are fine as we. System cooling upon departure.

Arrived on call customer had already figured out drain was stopped up wanted second opinion on cleaning it. Flushed and cleaned plus used shop vac. System is draining as should did recommend maintenance agreement on both systems.
Cleaned vinyl tubing. System draining and operating properly upon departure.
